Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP-s (Deloitte FAS) Federal practice advises clients on serious matters involving fraud, forensic investigations, litigation, and financial intelligence. We also advise agency leadership on valuation, restructuring, financial transactions, and asset management to help them address complex financial and regulatory issues.

Position Description:
Under direction of Production Manager, operate scanning equipment and software.
Organize and prepare documents for scanning (e.g., remove staples, insert prep sheets)
Re-assemble documents after scanning is complete.
Perform duties related to litigation support imaging
Inventory, organize and prepare documents and data for ESI processing
Perform quality control review of images and metadata output
Maintain chain of custody control
Keep workflow system (LAWTICS) up to date daily
Deliver well defined project deliverablesQuality control review of deliverables
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of clerical experience
General knowledge of MS Windows
Ability to consistently meet production metric objectives
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Ability to reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and to lift and carry 50 pounds
Desired Skills:
Litigation support experience preferred
Imaging/scanning experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
