Summary:
Evaluates medical records on a quantitative and qualitative basis for completion and will include at least one of the following functions: assembly, analysis, filing and imaging.

Responsibilities:
Assembles, analyzes, records and enters deficiencies within 2 days after record is received.
Adds pieces from thinned charts and reanalyzes.
Files outpatient dictation, pathology, laboratory and other loose material.
Assists in physician's incomplete area during physician peak times, by serving as back up to reviewers, couriers, and analysts.
Assures all outstanding worksheets are available to the appropriate physician when he comes to the department to work
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Health Information preferred
Number and Type of Employees Supervised: None
License, Registry, or Certification Required: None
Special Training: Must be able to perform keyboard operations and see the source document and CRT screen; must have problem solving abilities

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
