Assisting various personnel in the Corporate Real Estate Department with certain tasks and assignments. This is to be done with an emphasis on but not limited to staffing the CRES call center and processing invoices. Position will require individual to perform general office administrative duties such as but no limited to collecting, opening, and distributing mail, ordering supplies, maintaining service and supplies to departmental copier, maintaining departmental files (electronic and paper), collation and distribution of any outgoing mail, etc
Duties to include but not limited to:
Receiving all requests from branches and home office personnel
Recording all work orders on work order log
Dispatching appropriate vendors to handle work requests
Collect and distribute all mail
Open all mail containing invoices and any others that are sent to the department as a whole
Process all invoices to Accounts Payable
Research any past due or questionable invoices
Record any capital items to the Capital Expenditure Report and maintain the report throughout the year
Reconciling monthly fixed asset report to Capital Expenditure Report
Record all incoming checks on check receipt log
2-3 years' experience in the property management field with an emphasis on working with service vendors
Associates degree in Accounting or 2-3 years' experience in invoice processing
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Work and Access along with good verbal and written skills required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
