Purpose:
Facilities support for custodial duties and occasional floor cleaning.
Principle Accountabilities/Duties:
Maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, conference rooms, cafeteria and office areas. Assisting the maintenance team with recycling and occasional floor cleaning efforts.
Job Requirements
Minimum (MUST HAVE)
Qualifications:
Has awareness of Flextronics technologies/ techniques. Demonstrates basic functional and/or process knowledge and participates in process. Requires basic competency related to function. Demonstrates technical skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and draw and interpret graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Knowledge of floor cleaning equipment and techniques and custodial duties. Basic knowledge of maintenance support roles in a large manufacturing environment.
Desired (NICE-TO-HAVE) Minimum
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook are a plus.
Education or Training:
High SchoolEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
