Treasury Services Support Specialist - Temporary

This position will provide support via phone and e-mails to our Commercial Banking Customers in regards to Business Services products provided.
Provide customer support for business online banking system upgrade - assist customers via phone and email with basic trouble-shooting.
Provide general customer support for customers using Business Services products; including on-line banking, ACH, wires and merchant services.
Basic report review to identify certain types of transactions and escalate issues to other associates or departments for resolution.
Help monitor messages and email traffic to ensure all customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
At least two years of experience in a customer support (call center) environment
Prefer banking experience or merchant services experience
Must be detail-oriented and responsive to customer inquiries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
