BankCard Data Entry Op - Temporary

Responsible for accurate input of all new credit card and Rediline accounts, and maintenance of existing credit card and Rediline accounts. Maintenance duties include data entry of payments, monetary adjustments, Rediline advances, customer demographic changes, product upgrades, account status changes and charge offs. Also performs debit card and customer profile maintenance as needed. Reviews report of debit card rejects and makes corrections. Prepares account documentation for Customer Service verification.
Supports the Risk area in blocking and replacement of lost or stolen debit and credit cards. Also supports Customer Service, providing error free service to internal and external customers, and assists special projects teams as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma and 1-2 years of data entry or customer service experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel) required. Knowledge of banking systems preferred.
