Requirements:
Degree from top tier law school
10
years of experience as healthcare associate and administrative regulatory law experience
Experience within a major law firm, previous judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Strong drafting and negotiating skills
Have a portable book of business and demonstrated success in developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Knowledge of Healthcare, Healthcare Fraud & Abuse, Healthcare Information Technology and Healthcare Transactions
Responsibilities include:
Provide general legal advice to health systems
Negotiate contracts and provide litigation between healthcare providers and insurance entities
Prepare litigation documents, briefs and legal correspondence
Manage legal issues between hospitals, physician offices or health systemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
