Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation and ongoing management of the Information Security Program
- Consult with Systems Technology staff members, business unit staff and provide guidance in the definition of the appropriate security architecture and technical requirements necessary to address information security needs
- Use the risk assessment process to continually identify new internal and external threats, vulnerabilities, and use those results to generate recommendations for mitigating control
- Provide corporate and local project team leadership for information security initiatives
- Familiarity with various vulnerability assessment (VA) tools and previous experience conducting Vulnerability Assessment scans
- Experience as an auditor or risk assessor as a primary responsibility
- Experience conducting third party information security assessments
- Experience in writing or executing test cases, POAM's and policies.
- Experience in reviewing/editing/writing technical documents
- Demonstrated experience with the implementation and development of business processes in Enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance solutions
Candidate Requirements:
- Related work experience to include 4 years of IT security, risk assessment, and/or compliance experience
- Experience with IT infrastructure (networks, datacenters, end-user services, etc.) or application development
- Experience with an information technology risk management framework such as: NIST 800-53, ISO 27005, NIST SP 800-30, FISMA
- Current security or risk certification, such as: CISSP, CISA, GIAC, or CRISC

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
