Summary:
Oversees several administrative functions of programs delivered by the Simulation Center.

Responsibilities:
Support the Simulation Center staff on select projects to enhance the efficiency, cost effectiveness, and impact of the team's work.
Forecast and schedule the annual curriculum calendar with assistance from the manager.
Ensure compliance with all accreditation criteria relevant to our operation including, but not limited to, the American Heart Association, the PH-USCSOM CME organization, and the Society for Simulation in Healthcare.
Generate operational reports for use in internal and external communications.
Assist manager with ongoing maintenance and update of all Simulation Center IT assets including but not limited to: website, internally used databases, department SharePoint site, etc.
Maintain annual improvement plans for each Simulation Center activity based on learner/instructor feedback mechanisms and evolving curriculum.
Perform day-to-day budget oversight including but not limited to: invoicing, financial software data entry, etc.
Develop business / financial models for new activities as well as for long term expansion planning.
Perform other special duties as assigned by the Director or Manager including but not limited to: writing grants, developing marketing / communication materials, creating presentations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years in administrative role; administrative experience in healthcare education preferred
License, Registry, or Certification Required: Valid South Carolina driver's license, an acceptable three-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart, and a certificate of auto insurance.
Special Training: Driving is required for this position using a Palmetto Health vehicle and the employee's personally owned vehicle. Employee will be expected to adhere to the Palmetto Health Driver Safety Policy and specific department driving policies. Employee must pass driver training. Strong MS office skills including advanced Excel and Access skills required; strong written and verbal communication skills required; able to learn various simulator specific computer software used for this role; familiarity with web development preferred; familiarity with research design and implementation preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
