The Research Assistant/Phlebotomist will perform all duties related to participant recruitment, engagement, enrollment, and retention in a national research study.
These duties include, but are not limited to, providing information about the program, discussing the consent process, assisting participants in the completion of health questionnaires, performing physical assessments and collecting biospecimen samples.
Advanced computers skills required.
This is a grant funded, full time, temporary position.
Principles
Responsibilities:
Approaches potential participants in the lobby of the clinical sites and other public venues Provides information to potential participants on the All of Us Research Program Answers appropriate questions regarding the All of Us Research Program Assist in obtaining consent from patients to participate in the program Assists, as necessary, in completing online health surveys Assists participants in completing online health surveys using virtual tools, i.
e, phone calls, Zoom meetings, etc.
Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent participant information to assure patient rights are protected Communicates appropriately and clearly to patients and co-workers Able to work effectively with a team Maintains composure when confronted with job stress or emergency situations Adapts well to change in the work place Able to travel locally between clinic sites Attend All of Us team meetings, conference calls and trainings as needed Promote Cooperative Health's vision and values through actions and conduct Other duties as assigned Education &
Experience:
Must have a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited institution Individuals with at least one year phlebotomy experience preferred Individuals who are Bilingual/Bicultural are encouraged to apply Must have a valid driver's license and able to drive to designated office locations as required Physical Demands Prolonged periods sitting or standing Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
