Registered Nurse (Call Center) The Call Center Staff Nurse demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others. He/She successfully performs activities appropriate to their grade as outlined in the Nurse Qualification Standards. The call Center Nurse is responsible for appropriately triaging calls from properly identified patients and eligible family members requesting information regarding medications, procedures, illnesses, injuries, appointment and diagnostic test.
