Perform property repairs such as drywall, electrical, plumbing, and basic building repairs at multiple properties with the exception of work required by a certified technician
? Report any maintenance contract performance issues to the RFM
? Monitor and assist in maintaining property inventory of tools and supplies
? Ensure repairs to exit lights, fire extinguishers, or other life safety issues are completed promptly
? Confirm compliance with service agreements and warranties prior to repairing equipment
? Inspect out of service equipment prior to requesting repair by a vendor
? Complete and submit weekly reports regarding activity, surveys, down rooms, and expenses
? Assist with development of capital budgets, solicitation of bids, and oversight of capital repair/renovation projects
? Interview job candidates for property maintenance positions
? Train new property maintenance personnel
Guest Excellence:
Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed timely and correctly in order to create a positive guest experience for the customer
Partner Excellence:
Partner with Maintenance Team, Clean Team, Management Team, and Regional Management Team to ensure a quality product and experience for the guest.
Other duties:
Miscellaneous other tasks as required and assigned by the RFM or any other member of Management which may include cross functional job duties
? Participate in all training and safety meetings.
? All Team Members are expected to act in a safe manner at all times and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
