Qualifications:
College Degree preferred, but not required.
Life & Health License preferred (company will pay for study material and reimburse licenses).
Previous Sales experience preferred.
Previous experience in the financial services industry not required but preferred.
Entrepreneurial spirit encouraged.
Duties that pertain to your position as Financial Advising Professional:
Contact potential clients daily to initiate conversations.
Log attempts, conversations, appointments, and next steps in CRM daily.
Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients.
Make product recommendations to help clients meet their financial goals.
Provide ongoing customer service and support to existing clients.
Discipline yourself to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.
Be a structured and coachable team player who is open to sales training development and further sales/customer service education.

Heavily involved in networking, prospecting, marketing, working with centers of influence, and working with charities.
Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with an ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
