Summary:
Elevate Eyecare is excited to support our high growth with a Supply Chain Order Specialist team member.
This role will have strategic, operational, and monetary responsibility for many functions within the ordering department which services our multi-state supply chain network of clinic locations.
The Supply Chain Order Specialist interacts with our clinic staff members to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and products orders.
The department goal is to provide accurate information and resources, as well as prompt service to employees.
This role will report to the Supply Chain Director.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Order Specialist is the point person for all product orders related to patient orders, special orders, or location special requests Provide timely response to all incoming Supply Chain requests Participate in all departmental areas including product adds, inventory preparation and execution, and system maintenance to ensure success and efficiency Will ensure the timely completion and replenishment of all clinic product and returns Required Skills/Abilities:
Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work.
Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism.
Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.
Result driven-demonstrate ownership and accountability.
Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate open, clear, concise, and professional communication.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with manager and co-workers Pro-active attitude, drive for improvement.
Flexible and adaptable.
