The successful candidate will be organized, have a commitment to customer service, and can work independently without supervision.
We're looking for a responsible and self-motivated team player with a history of working with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the file room.
Correlate files with relevant client information.
File documents and correspondence.
Scan documents and attachments.
Organize client files by date, type, and other characteristics.
Requirements We are seeking candidates that are organized, flexible and able to multi-task.
o The Records File Clerk will be packing and unpacking boxes containing documents and files.
The candidate will also be lifting boxes - 30lbs Sorting papers and supplies by like item/type Performs Data entry into a database by number system-RIMS (will train on the RIMS system) Filing, reorganizing the file shelves.
Preparing records for off-site storage.
Skills Required Good organizational skills Good listening skills Attention to details Self motivated Basic data entry skills Critical thinking skills Experience Required Previous data entry experience Knowledge of basic office and administrative software such as Google and MS Office Experience working in an office setting Previous clerical experience Experience working with file-keeping software or cloud storage a plus Education Required - High school graduate or equivalent Job Types:
