Data Analyst Location:
Columbia, SC - 29210- REMOTE Duration:
3 Months to Hire Description:
This position at $18/ hr.
Remote or WFH option is available but must be within driving distance to the Columbia, SC office as they may have to go onsite once a month and to initially pick up equipment.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A 4 QUESTION ANALYST ASSESSMENT- Attachments include an excel spreadsheet assessment with 3 rate cards (A, B, C) which are required to complete it Tasks:
oReview all system generated errors based on data entry standards.
Maintain an average of 3 minutes per error resolution.
oInvestigate historical and live vendor billing errors and obtain refunds where appropriate.
Maintain an average of 15 minutes per issue for the research and resolution.
oIdentify and correct data entry errors in a timely manner to ensure inclusion of information on client payment files oResearch and resolve problem bills per established processes and turn-around times.
oBuild and maintain vendor specific processing templates oBuild and maintain spreadsheets used to manually divide account into multiple parts based on client specifications.
oParticipate in the continual reevaluation of current processes and offer suggestions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of each process.
oComplete assigned tasks based on standard operating procedures and established key performance indicators oOther duties as assigned Key
Responsibilities:
oSelect appropriate processes from clearly documented rules, past practices or new instructions oSeek advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from senior department members.
oRefer complex, unusual problems to senior department members Skills Required:
oSuccessful completion of UBK training(will be trained) oSuccessful completion of Analysis training(will be trained) oFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite Job Type:
