This position will start out mostly on site and transition into more of a work from home flexible schedule.
What you'll do:
Create and deliver training and development programs to all levels of end-users and IT professionals.
Code, test, and debug programs specifically for training.
Work closely with both I/t and the business to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported.
Participate in the training needs assessment process and vendor selection.
Skills and Abilities:
In-depth knowledge and experience in relevant productivity tools and standard packages.
Understand appropriate development methodologies.
Understand and apply adult learning principles.
Design training programs, classes, workshops, computer-based training, and online help.
Understand the complex technical environment of the organization.
In-depth knowledge of systems, applications, and programming languages.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
