MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
Summary:
The Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, input information into fleet analysis system, order parts, scheduling PM's, filing, on phones with vendors, ensure titles, tags, registration, and insurance are up to date, and other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Possess strong computer skills.
Maintain records concerning preventive maintenance schedules.
Inputs information into computerized fleet analysis system (Dossier).
Ensure tags, registrations and insurance are up to date.
Ensure titles are correct and kept secured.
Understand and use purchase order system.
Order parts for units and or tools that are needed.
Maintain relationship with vendors.
Maintain daily declining budget.
Follows all safety policies and procedures.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired, but not required.
A high school diploma or GED.
Valid state driver's license Must pass criminal background check Must have good computer skills KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated organizational, oral, written, and listening skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.

EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE USED:
Usual office equipment including computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator.
MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud at times.
Exposed to unpleasant sights and smells.
The unavoidable, externally imposed conditions under which the work must be performed.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management.
Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse or other related equipment, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.
Possess speaking skills and hearing ability to interact with customers on the telephone.
The employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk.
The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
