As a Logistics Specialist, you will have to opportunity to help manage our network goals and play and important role in assigning capacity and working with customers to take more of their freight.
You'll work with the regional market managers, customer service and operation teams to ensure success on all accepted freight.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be good at multitasking, quick decision making and building relationships through the company.
As a part of the RXO team, you'll have a starring role in helping us continue to provide daily freight solutions for our global customers.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Review all new load tenders daily to determine whether to accept or reject Review and knowledge of awarded lanes for all assigned customers Use tender accept applications to know market conditions and make better accept or reject decisions Review margins on non-awarded lanes to ensure revenue meets goal Quick ability to know and find tools to help make accept or reject decisions Track data to show all non-awarded loads taken week to week to report on Assist colleagues in making capacity decisions in constrained markets Work with operations groups to ensure coverage if the opportunity needs this confirmation Collaborating with team members to understand margins or develop spot quotes Ability to use Pricing tools to understand movement requirements and make changes when neededWhat you need to succeed at RXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
1 year of experience in an operations, customer service or logistics role Multitasking skills and experience in resolving problems and issues at pace Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & OutlookIt'd be great if you also have:
High school diploma or equivalent Good quantitative skills to evaluate tradeoffs between options Experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related applications Strong interpersonal skills with the drive to resolve issues Experience working in fast-paced environments Bilingual English/Spanish Excellent organizational skillsWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
