We are a residential plumbing service company that provides outstanding customer service and is looking to grow exponentially over the next decade.
We are building our footprint in the Columbia, SC area and need your expertise! This new position within our organization has tons of potential with training, recognition of success and supportive owners.
You will train out of our Greenville location and will run that location for several months as part of the training process.
You will be responsible for achieving the company's strategic objectives through the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
In your pivotal role as Plumbing Operations Manager, you'll oversee all revenue-generating processes, managing employees across our Plumbing department.

Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, mentor, and train field operations staff on policies and processes for success Implement operational plans to achieve profit and growth goals Develop forecasts for sales growth, market mix, and profitability Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to guidelines and revenue targets Maintain customer relationships, handle customer concerns, and encourage repeat business Promote brand loyalty during team meetings and interactions Support team leads on troubleshooting issues as needed Train, coach, and mentor team leads, technicians and apprentices.
Investigate and resolve all reported safety issues Perform other duties as assigned Accountable for branch performance and progress toward company goals.
Responsible for the interview and selection process of team leads, technicians and apprentice candidates Required Skills and
Experience:
At least 5 years of Management/Supervisory experience Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check Excellent leadership, customer care, and communication skills Understanding of financial statements and experience leading a team with KPI's Business acumen and trade experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical industry Knowledge of Service Titan or comparable system (preferred) Willing to attend training courses to advance skills Willing to work hours outside of normal work schedule, if needed Available for support to the team by phone (as needed 24/7) Maintain confidentiality of employee performance issues and concerns If you're ready for a challenge, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing service technicians to KPIs, and excited about working with a leading company with a compassionate owner, we would love to meet you.
