Deli Clerk FT - Flexible Schedule Columbia SC
To provide excellent guest service through deli department activities.
1Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
2Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, and pricing).
3Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
4Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
5Communicate guest requests to management.
6Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
7Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times.
8Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
9Performs front porch duties to insure guest arrival standard is maintained.
10Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.
11Assist in product receiving and storage.
1Friendly, outgoing personality.
2Ability to work well with others.
3Ability to lift 25 lbsconsistently and 50 lbsoccasionally.
4Ability to read and understand information and direction.
5Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
6Must be at least 18 years old.
7Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
