00 BOEResponsible for maintenance of all Production Equipment, Support Equipment and Facility operations.
Responsible for trouble shooting and repair of both mechanical and electrical problems as required for maintaining plant operationsDUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
oPerform periodic maintenance of all production and support equipmentoAnalyze and plan scheduled maintenance functionsoIdentify and maintain all spare parts required for maintaining production and support equipment.
oEstablish contact with equipment suppliers in determining equipment specifications, spare parts lists, etc.

oTechnical problem solving skills utilizing technical reference materials, schematics, various tools and techniques.
oWork closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
oObserve all OSHA rules and guidelines when working with equipmentoOther duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
oProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
oExperience with Preventative Maintenance Software desired.
oStrong background in equipment maintenance; both mechanical and electrical.
Knowledge of PLC controls desiredoMinimum 3 years of experience in an equipment maintenance environmentoHigh School diploma minimum.
Associates degree in math or science desiredoExperience managing projects of varying complexity and scope.
oStrong verbal and written communication skills.
oBlueprint and schematic interpretation.
oAble to work overtime as needed.
oAble to perform all duties and responsibilities listed safely and wear required PPE.
oAble to report to work on time each work day.
