Job Duties:
The Administrative Coordinator II monitors and manages various logistical tasks to support the agency's operations and ensure the timely delivery of goods, services, and information.
The Logistics Coordinator collaborates with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and maintain high standards of logistical efficiency.
Coordinate Internal Operations work order systems and coordinate service deliveries for all DSS office locations.
Serve as the primary coordinator for facility maintenance, office furniture, security systems, and agency records.
Assist with managing repair activities, deployment of services, and verify accurate and timely completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for state fleet vehicles.
Assists with maintaining all state fleet vehicle information systems, processes, and procedures.
In collaboration with Operations Specialist, is responsible for incident reports, fleet usage analysis, and fuel card program.
Ensure data is received monthly and entered into the vehicle billing system in a timely manner.
Assists the Operations Specialist in the maintenance and management of the agency records retention program.
Maintain accurate databases for all contact information related to State/County operations, landlords, and vendors.
Assist with preparation and processing of invoices related to the Internal Operations department.
Serve as back-up to Operations Specialist and Postal Director as needed.
Will be required to perform Red Cross shelter/emergency response duties as directed.
Minimum and Additional Requirements State Requirements A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services.
A bachelor's degree may be substituted for required work experience.
