Job duties:
The Benefit Integrity Data Analyst prepares, manages and disseminates Regional Benefit Integrity data related materials and completes case reviews on all Benefit Integrity Claims Specialist to identify systemic issues and problems specific to individual workers and/or Regions.
Completes all case reviews for all Benefit Integrity Claims Specialists; documentation of common trends and errors found; and determination of workers in need of training based on case reviews.
Prepares, manages, and monitors the multiple card report, monthly/quarterly Benefit Integrity reports, CLEAR reports and analysis of trafficking reports and data for disqualification of retailers.
Reviews, is knowledgeable of, and correctly applies past and current SNAP, TANF and Benefit Integrity policies and procedures.
Completion of two (2) biannual visits with each Benefit Integrity regional supervision.
Will be required to perform Red Cross shelter/emergency response duties as directed.
Minimum and Additional Requirements Agency Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of professional experience in social service programs, correctional, education, business administration, general administrative management or relevant program experience.
A Master's Degree and one (1) year of professional experience in social service programs, correctional, education, business administration, general administrative management, or relevant program experience.
