Proactive management of the schedule.
Facilitating communication and resolving potential issues that may arise.
Preparing documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating all logistics for scheduling.
Analyzing data to verify billing/payroll accuracy.
Analyzing and managing weekly metrics.
You'll be a great fit if:
You have a Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
You have strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
You demonstrated leadership skills and outstanding people management skills.
You have excellent attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution abilities.
You have exceptional customer service skills and written / verbal communication.
You have strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting, multitask and prioritize with limited supervision.
You're willing to spend extended periods of time on the phone.
A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).
