Accurately documenting and maintaining service tickets in our customer service database.
Assisting our audiovisual integration staff with the integration of new technologies in varying learning spaces.

Associates degree in related field and 2 years experience in repair and maintenance of electronic equipment, or high school diploma and 4 years related experience.
