Assistant Business Manager
Job ResponsibilitiesThis employee will assist in planning, coordinating, and directing the business management activities of the Executive Office, including day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and personnel services of the Office.
Job Duties Include Serving as the Human Resources (HR) liaison for the Executive Office.
Assisting the Business Manager with Executive Office procurement by handling all the entering of all goods receipts, funds reservations, direct pays, and shopping carts in SCEIS.
Completing Employee Performance and Development Plan in accordance with agency guidelines.
Acting as the travel liaison for the Executive Office.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsA high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of accounting principles and practices; knowledge of human resources regulations and policies.
Individual should possess sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work effectively with staff and other outside contacts.
Ability to act independently and be competent to delegate duties to achieve division objectives.
Employee should have strong business computing skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Recommended Skills Administration Adobe Business Management Communication Hardworking And Dedicated Human Resources Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
