To assist the human resources department in the following.
Day to Day:
Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting.
emails for the HR department.
Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration.
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
Assist with scheduling.
Manage the Onboarding process from start to finish.
Other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of Human resources experience.
I-9 management experience.
Onboarding experience.
Administrative experience.
High School Diploma.
Preferred:
Payroll.
Recruitment.
Accounting.
