Responsibilities:
Business Process Software mapping Business Process Review, Propose business Process and procedure improvements Enterprise Software Review, Quality Assurance analysis Working with staff on resolving pain points with enterprise software functionality, daily reporting and tracking of helpdesk tickets Propose enterprise Software Improvements and modifications Liaison between agency project manager, software vendor, agency program area staff provide Presentations, documentation, correspondence, reports for use as software change orders and/or statements of work for modifications to software Provide documentation and training for any recommended changes to business processes Required Skills (rank in order of Importance):
Business process & data mapping quality assurance testing Business process Testing & improvement Process & procedure documentation Statements of work, change orders or software modification requests Oral and written communication skills Interpersonal, consultative, presentation & Facilitation skills Analytical thinking and problem solving Detail oriented, accurate and Organized Knowledge of business structure Stakeholder analysis and reporting Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):
