A well-known client in Downtown Columbia is looking to add several Customer Support Specialists to their IT Team.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoots common issues for users via phone, email, or in-person.
Creates tickets for technicians on issues that need to be escalated Creates and closes tickets for issues already resolved Acts as an assistant to team leaders and supervisors on assigned projects and tasks Images computers at least 1 day a week Communicates with team members and supervisor daily Assists other IT services personnel with various technical issues Create Reports Manage setup, transfers and removal of equipment Signs out and returns equipment to inventory area as needed Updates inventory database each time equipment is added, relocated or removed Compensation &
