Columbia, SC Allegiance Staffing is looking for a Staffing Recruiter / Bilingual to join our award-winning team in Columbia, SC.
This individual will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality recruiting and employment services to clients, candidates, and associates.
This person will help our clients source qualified candidates based on specific job requests by following our processes for screening and interviewing and building the right candidate pool for the client.
The Staffing Recruiter / Bilingual must be focused on recruiting and increasing applicant flow and possess a desire to increase business opportunities in their market by being actively involved in the community.
The ideal candidate will have a dynamic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and be determined to succeed.
This position is also eligible for bonus payments monthly determined by the quality of hires and revenue.
A successful Staffing Recruiter / Bilingual will possess the following
Qualifications:
1-3 years of staffing experience or similar Previous experience in Account Management Strong customer service orientation Strong sense of urgency and commitment Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent time management and organization skills Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Possess working knowledge of all Windows/Microsoft products; strong PC skills are critical for success in this role Job Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying detailed and organized Solid work ethic with excellent employer references Be available for on-call weekends when needed Must be available for weeknights or weekend community events as needed Job Type:
