CSR's are an important part of any veterinary team and are the face of the clinic.
You will be the first person pets and their guardians see on the way in and the last person they see on the way out.
Your positive attitude will make their visit all the more comfortable.
We would like someone who is great with multi-tasking, stressful situations, and someone who has a can-do attitude.

Minimum 1 year experience working at a front desk.
Well-spoken and positive attitude Ability to adapt and be flexible to change Maintain professionalism in stressful situations Be prompt and courteous Have a love for all animals ' Ability to count and handle cash properly Fast learner Good computer skills
Responsibilities:
Process payments for clients Check-in and check out as patients come in Some light cleaning is required Dusting, sweeping, etc.
Answer phones promptly and professionally Update medical records as needed Assist vet, techs, and assistants with various tasks as needed.
