HR BUSINESS ANALYST - CONTRACT - ONSITE COLUMBIA, SC - USC GC NO CORP TO CORP

This is a 75% onsite position USC, GC,We seek a business analyst who is very well versed in HR and HR policies and practices to join an existing projectScope of the project includes:
o SCEIS data compliance (includes data entry and audit/compliance reviews)o Conversion of HR forms to workflows in the Adobe Experience Manager platform (includes requirements gathering, development, testing and implementation) o Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) effort to complete conversion of paper personnel files to electronic filing cabinet system (includes data verification/audit, application of retention rules and controls, ongoing file management, system enhancements and troubleshooting in partnership with Business Process Automation and Security & Technology teams) Daily duties include:
o Oversee the final stage testing and implementation of an automated enterprise content and electronic business document management for the Human Resources areaManage the delivery of the system to HR employeesDevelop document materials and conduct training on the established systemManage and review the input of new information to be part of the new systemPartners with the SCDOR PMO and Security & Technology Services teams for the remaining scope of the project, including:
completion of the back file conversion process system implementation and rollout; HR employee end user training; implementation of retention rules and controls; design, testing and implementation of automated task workflows; other system enhancements as required to support HR business needs; troubleshooting in partnership with the SCDOR Security & Technology Services teamsRequirements include:
o Understanding of full scope Human Resources operations, including the functional areas of Benefits, Classification and Compensation, Employee Relations and Recruitmento Experience managing and maintaining employee personnel files o Working knowledge of state and federal statutes and regulations regarding Human Resources management and related privacy complianceo Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including Human Resources and Security & Technology teams, as well as front-line and agency management o Problem solving o Timely and quality decision making o Must display initiative and the ability to work successfully under limited supervision o Ability to manage multiple projects through flexibility, prioritization and strong results orientation o Strong organizational and time management skills Recommended Skills Adobe Experience Manager Auditing Business Process Automation Business Requirements Communication Data Conversion Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
