FT Data Entry Clerk - Work From Home
Administrative Assistant / Fully Remote - Anywhere in U.S/ Competitive Pay - As a Data Entry Clerk you'll:
Perform data entry of all monthly Subcontractor Draws and Vendor Invoices (approx450 per month) through the company's RedTeam and TimberScan routing systems; Review all Subcontractor draws for accuracy during data entry and communicate with Subcontractors for corrections of any errors found or missing documents; Set up vendor accounts after all applicable documents are received; Maintain Vendor accounts and supporting documents (Insurance, W-9, etc); Review Vendor statements and obtain any missing invoicesHiring Fast >> Recommended Skills Administration Data Entry Subcontractors Relationship Management Accounts Receivable Apply to this job.
