You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships by providing personalized service with trusted advice.
What you'll do Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets Provide a positive customer experience Who you are Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred No insurance experience required Willing to obtain necessary insurance license(s) upon hire, existing license is a plus Confident, motivated individual who works well independently Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up Have excellent verbal and written communication skills This position offers on the job compensated training with licensing incentives and a base salary with no cap! Our extremely competitive compensation structure is unheard of in the insurance industry.
The position is Monday - Friday 8:
30am-5:
30pm (no weekends) 1 hour lunch break 15 PTO days (Paid Time Off) annually Commission Scale Monoline:
5% on all new written business premiums Bundled:
10% on all new written business premiums once agency variable compensation baseline of 40 is met (Must sell a minimum of 14 VC items to qualify) Preferred Bundle:
15% on all new written business premiums once agency variable compensation baseline of 40 is met (Must sell a minimum of 14 VC items to qualify) Non-Allstate policies:
5% Variable Compensation (VC) items consist of:
Standard Auto, Homeowners, Specialty Auto, Consumer Household, and Commercial Auto/Property.
The Licensed Sales Professional opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Company, but employment as a staff with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
