Hello! We just received a new position (6 month contract) in for a Web Engineer in SC, Columbia, SC. Job description is below - let me know if you are interested


Software developer needed for short term, temporary position to create application documentation for a custom application, already deployed, as well as possible functional changes to the software.

Candidates must be available for immediate start. Candidates must work locally and be available for on-site meetings at little to short notice.

Candidate must have a working knowledge of SCTCS business processes the data and software applications currently in use by SCTCS is required in order to complete the work in the expected time frame.

Candidate must have knowledge and verifiable experience in the following areas:
o TCS' Tire Training application and installation procedures
o Microsoft SQL Server 2008
o C#
o MVC 3
o Entity Framework 4.1 Code First
o Knowledge of administering and configuring IIS 7.5
o HTML, css, javascript and jQuery
o Experience developing applications for use on an iPad.
Candidate must provide needed development tools, to include, but not limited to:
o Microsoft Genuine Visual Studio 2005, 2008 and 2010
o Microsoft Genuine SQL Server 2008 R2
o Microsoft Genuine Reporting Services

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
