POSITION: Electrical Instructor

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Teach comprehensive training programs, to include, but not limited to electrical skills training, Electrical theory, PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, blueprint reading, troubleshooting and general mechanical skills. Develops instructional material while ensuring training programs offered are relevant and meet ever-changing business and industry needs and recommend changes to curriculum while maintaining close working relationships with business partners. Ensures classroom items and shop space are safe, clean and results in a functional training facility. Assist Director of Industrial and Construction Department, adjunct instructors, and administrative support staff with appropriate requests.
MINIMUM
Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in an electrical and/or an industrial maintenance field; or an Associate''s degree and demonstrated competencies in aforementioned disciplines. Bachelor''s degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years related work experience; 10 years is highly preferred, in electrical and/or industrial maintenance. Minimum of Associate-s degree in appropriate major with at least three (3) years of related work experience; 10 years is highly preferred. In-depth hands-on experience in the electrical area with a working knowledge of the mechanical field preferred. Must have at least two years teaching or training experience in an industrial environment. Excellent computer and project management skills required. Demonstrated ability to meet and work with people at all levels. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and required paperwork is essential. Must have valid SC driver''s license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
