Summary:
Provides leadership and guidance for leadership training programs and development. Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Leadership Institute.
All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Palmetto Health's values of compassion, dignity, excellence, integrity and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Serves as resource and support for all Leadership Institute Committees and all Palmetto Health leaders.
Conducts periodic customer satisfaction surveys to assess leader perception of leader development initiatives.
Plans and directs quarterly Leadership Institute workshops, makeup sessions and Leadership 101, 201, and 202 courses.
Serves as instructor for accelerated and foundational development courses.
Researches and serves as liaison in selection of outside consultants and trainers to conduct training in specific topics.
Conducts needs analysis studies and confers with senior management, directors, supervisors and managers to determine training needs.
Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.
Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets.
Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing & evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
Proposes and implements ideas regarding leadership development initiatives to submit to the LI Steering Committee and senior management.
Manages departmental budget including processes to monitor operational and capital costs.
Continually assess and improves the department's performance by designing operational processes, monitoring performance through data, implementing sustainable performance improvement.
Remains abreast of current trends in leadership development.
Develops and maintains Leadership Institute website, training curriculum, policies, programs and schedules.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor''s degree required
Experience: Minimum 2 years program coordination or management experience
Special Training: Ability to think clearly, problem solve and make sound decisions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
