Job Description:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing complex projects, vendor relations, departmental resources, and support services of healthcare information technology systems in a multi-facility environment. Collaborates with operational users and within IT to ensure that applications are standardized, integrated and utilized to improve business or clinical processes that are aligned to support the critical business strategies. Hire, evaluate, counsel, and mentor staff to maintain qualified and motivated personnel. Assists in developing and managing the departmental strategic plans, capital, and operational budgets. This position reports to the IT Corporate Director of Clinical Applications.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor''s Degree Required
Experience: 5-7 Years in Healthcare Information Technology with Proven Leadership or Prior Management Experience Preferred
Number and Type of Employees Supervised: 4
IT analysts and/or Project Managers
Licensure, Registry or Certification Required: Must Maintain any Existing Clinical Licensure
Special Training: Previous Experience with Healthcare Applications Preferred
