Position Description:
CGI is seeking to hire a QA Testing Analyst I to participate in application analysis, test strategy development, test case creation, test script development, test execution, defect tracking and reporting. The candidate may also be required to train end users. This role is based out of Columbia SC Area. Candidates will be required to travel to the DC Metro area for the initial 3-4 months for training purposes.
Required Skills:
1) 1-2 years experience with HP Quality Center or any other automation tool and Testing Automation Experience
2) Solid knowledge of system test process and methodologies
3) Solid knowledge of test management tools like Quality Center
4) Exposure to multiple SDLC models like Waterfall, Iterative, Agile
5) Intermediate SQL skills in Oracle, Sybase, MS-Access
6) Intermediate Unix and Windows skills
7) Strong analytical and problem solving skills
8) Strong Data Analysis skills highly desired
9) Strong communication skills
Other: Travel:
Ability to travel to the DC Metro area for the initial 3-4 months for training purposes.

Backend testing experience; DW/BI Experience
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
