Serves as an Information Technology (IT) Specialist performing work independently or as a member of a team, in the administration, development, delivery and support of IT systems and services with a direct impact to the Fort Jackson ATC Classroom XXI's training mission and customer support.
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of, and skill in applying a wide variety of applications, operating systems, protocols, and equipment used in customer organizations; and methods and practices for troubleshooting, recovering, adjusting, modifying, and improving IT systems to provide advice and assistance to customers; troubleshoot complex problems; and provide support in a manner that minimizes interruptions in customers'' ability to carry out critical business activities.

Certifications:
DoDD 8570.01-M IAT Level 1 Baseline Certification: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate-Security (CCNA-Security)
Education/
Experience:
Computing Environment Certification: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
Up to three (3) years' experience in the IT field during preceding five (5) years.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
