# Installation Technician - Temporary
Currently seeking an installation technician responsible for installing financial equipment and Smart Safes at commercial customer sites, providing customer contact for all installation problems, conducting stage and inventory for products in our warehouse, and conforming to all installer operating standards, practices, and procedures while maintaining and organizing all technical manuals and documentation. You must be able to organize and manager truck stock parts and tools.
## Responsibilities

Summary: As an installation technician for Bancsource Inc, you will be responsible for installing financial equipment and Smart Safes at commercial customer sites. Provide customer contact for all installation problems. Stage and inventory products in our warehouse. Conform to all installer operating standards, practices, and procedures while maintaining and organizing all technical manuals and documentation. You must be able to organize and manager truck stock parts and tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
Provide on-site installation support; including on-site installation activities, labor hours during regular and/or after hours as scheduled by the Installation manager. Provide customer contact for all implementation problems.
Provide off-site implementation support as directed; including inventory, staging, and limited warehouse activities relative to installation support and operations.
Organize and manage truck stock parts and tools
Organize and update technical documentation
Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices and procedures

Education and/or Experience - Position requires a team oriented individual with strong electromechanical aptitude and skills with a minimum of 3 years technical service experience
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
