Summary:
Performs system or process analysis, design, build, implementation, test, maintenance and support of enterprise Information Technology systems. Understands and applies concepts, practices and procedures related to departmental operations to maximize technology project implementations. Maintains a high level of technical competence in areas of responsibility and able to review, analyze, and evaluate Information Technology system operations for peak performance. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works independently with minimal guidance. On call required.

Responsibilities:
Initiate conversations with vendors, management, peers and clients for effective issue resolution.
Fundamental knowledge of project management methods and able to manage small to medium projects autonomously.
Facilitates and directs the implementation, design, build, test and maintenance of systems to support clinical and/or financial processes based on end user needs.
Works with teams to improve processes, system performance and look for opportunities to automate processes and gain efficiencies.
Monitors system activities, identifies issues, resolves problems, and appropriately escalates issues to manager or vendor. Serves as a issue resolution resource.
Provides training documentation and/or training as needed to transition to support, both internal and external to IT.
Collaborates within Information Technology and with departmental stakeholders to ensure project and departmental goals are met.
Requirements:
Education: Associate''s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3-4 years in healthcare or related area with 2 years focusing on Information Technology preferred. Experience with Kronos, Administrative Applications.
Number and Type of Employees Supervised: None
Licensure, Certification, Registry Required: Must maintain current licensure, certification, or registration if applicable.
Special Training: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required. Understanding of clinical and/or financial processes preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
