THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Master Mechanic plans, organizes, and performs complex work assignments involving multiple trades such as mechanical, electronic/electrical systems, and physical plant repairs.
Provides leadership and training to maintenance and electronic/electrical personnel as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Plans, organizes and performs machine equipment systems repairs, to include electronics / electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics, machinery and equipment rebuild, and recondition, and modification, construction repairs, rebuilding of all plant machinery and highly involved work projects.
Using own knowledge work from rough drawings, blueprints, schematic layouts, diagrams or only general descriptions of what is wanted, plans own methods and determines the best approach to overcome unusual difficulties. By using a wide variety of tools, instruments and gages, for troubleshooting machines. Be able to analyze problems, diagnoses causes and determine corrective action.
Locate and diagnose electrical and electronic malfunctions using test instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, oscilloscope, PLC programmer and PC's.
Evaluates technical problems on machines and related systems and provide input to Management, Engineering, Quality and Operations supervisor relative to improvements. Answer trouble calls on a variety of equipment. Complete paperwork, forms and other records associated with the work performed.
Capable of reading and interpreting ladder diagrams for electronic / electrical circuits, isolating problems and replacing faulty devices.
Troubleshooting electronic controls using PC's, microprocessors and computer interfaces and repair by replacement of faulty device.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GEDEight years progressive multiple trade experiences or apprentice graduate. Ten years multiple experience.
CNC knowledge
MUST HAVE FANUC CONTROL EXPERIENCE!!!
Electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical background for machinery repairs and trouble shooting
Experience using voltmeters, ammeters, oscilloscope, PLC Programmer, and PC's.
Must be able to read and interpret complicated blueprints, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, ladder diagrams.
Hourly - Eligible for overtime
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
