This
position is for a Lead Developer to provided technical and project leadership
support for Web Development.
Design and build responsive,
multi-platform web applications using a variety of integrated development
environments, graphics software applications, techniques, and tools. Plan, design, implement, document, and maintain content management systems in coordination with POCs. Contribute to the visual appeal
of online offerings and communications.
$ Develop content for customer
internal and external-facing web sites.
$ Possess knowledge of current
web-based technologies and trends such as HTML 5, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS3, and
media queries.
$ Develop web services to generate
XML or JSON data to provide integration points between customer enterprise
systems.
$ Assist with the operations and
maintenance of customer websites, as needed.
$ Investigate new and emerging
Internet technologies to support primary missions and functions.
$ Use modern scripting technologies
to automate business processes in support of the customer's strategies and
goals.
$ Perform and support analysis,
evaluations, and assessments to provide recommendations for software, system,
and process improvements.
$ Document changes made to the
Enterprise Architecture (EA) baseline in accordance with customer change
management procedures.
$ Provide expertise, guidance, consultation,
and leadership on engineering and technology issues.
$ Support debugging of customer
intranet applications as needed.
$ Assist with network and
communications infrastructure issues as needed.
$ Install, support, maintain, and
configure database products, including associated applications, interfaces,
utilities, and data.
$ Provide systems integration
services, including developing database solutions for new and existing
customer line of business applications
$ Identify potential systems
integration issues;
$ Recommend integration strategies
to facilitate data collection, data entry, data exchange, data reporting and
query processes within and between existing COTS applications.
$ Promote synergy.
$ Provide application administration in terms
of performance, maintenance, synchronization, security, and accessibility of
production Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010/2013.
$ Develop solutions for IT as a Service within
Microsoft System Center.
$ Setup new Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014
instances and databases.
$ Troubleshoot system issues.
Required Skills and Education
Required education: Bachelor Degree or six years of experience in lieu of a degree.

The engineer
must possess detailed knowledge of web development, specifically Microsoft SharePoint
2010/2013, network engineering, SQL Server databases, and desktop applications.
