Desirable Requirements : o Prior experience with
Requirement traceability
and creating a testable
RTM product.
o Prior experience
working with configurable
tools, queries for
database views and
dashboards
o Experience with
defining and creating
usable and customer
friendly, intuitive
interfaces to the JIRA
tool in a fast paced
evolving environment.
o Ability to articulate
the design and
implementation details in
a way that is clearly
understandable across a
wide range of personnel
with differing
backgrounds and levels.
o Solid testing and
validation skills and
understanding of testing
and requirements
intersection and overlap
o Prior experience in
development methodologies
(waterfall, agile, etc)
o Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science

Experience in one or more
of the following -
o JIRA toolset
administration and set up
of custom features,
reports, use cases and
presentation layer
o Experience with
integration of JIRA Bolt
on features including MS
Project Server
o Experience with API
lifecycles and building,
documentation and using
diverse APIs
o Experience with Java/
JavaScript / Web HTML
technologies
o Experience with
jQuery
o Seven or more years
in a role using these
skills
o Understanding of Web
Service development
o Understanding of UNIX
and Windows OS scripting
environments
o Knowledge of cloud
platforms / environments
/ APIs
o Exposure to Agile
Methodologies (SCRUM
preferred)
o Familiar with popular
Java frameworks such as
Spring, Hibernate, Struts
o Demonstrable
competence in programming
and shell scripting.
