We are seeking a junior level Structural Bridge Engineer to support current and new design work in our Columbia, South Carolina office! The successful candidate will perform structural engineering tasks on projects under direct supervision of senior structural engineers including: Structural analysis, structural detailing, and design coordination. Responsibilities may include but are not limited too: o CADD production of design drawings. o Preparing and checking engineering calculations. o Performing construction shop drawing reviews and responses to contractors. o Coordinating structural standard details to project and specification requirements. o Assisting with the preparation of structural specifications using master and guide specs. o Coordinating with other disciplines and functions throughout design. o Making job site visits and inspections as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
