Job Description Staffmark is seeking an experienced Project Managers at a Columbia, SC location.
The right candidates will have a background in heavy industrial construction.
Responsibilities Include:
Initiating, developing and managing heavy industrial construction projects including:
estimating, bidding, budgets and schedules Develop relationships with customers in order to bring in new work Building relationships with vendors and subcontractors Developing a thorough understanding of each project and the resources necessary to complete it within approved timeframe and budget.
Managing subcontracts, including providing documentation, tracking, measurements, and assessments as necessary Effectively managing our diverse workforce, equipment and tools Properly communicating project statuses in weekly meetings Traveling to jobsites on a regular basis Always adhering to our Company's Core Focus and Values Other duties as assigned Requirements:
At least 10 years' experience in heavy industrial Project Management Proficient in estimating industrial type equipment and process piping installations Industrial Equipment Installation Rigging/Millwright Strong leadership, communication, technical, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Primavera as well as Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Travel Requirements:
Must be able to travel regularly to project sites across the U.
S.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
