Plant Manager

POSITION:
PLANT MANAGER JOB PURPOSE:
To provide management of the plant facility consistent with company initiatives and policy.
DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
Manages plant operations and personnel to ensure plant budget goals are met or exceeded.
Maintains plant production capacities through capital investment and maintenance to ensure consistent reliability.
Maintains a safe, clean working facility and comply with federal, state, and corporate safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinates with local branch to ensure production resources (labor, materials, equipment) match production demand.
Communicates operational status on a continual basis to the Regional Production and Branch Managers.
Recruits, hires, trains, and disciplines employees according to corporate guidelines and policies.
Fulfills all record keeping requirements including written performance reviews, safety training documentation, documenting disciplinary actions, and job related training.
Manages supply inventories to ensure that proper materials are on-hand for production needs.
Knows and complies with all safety and quality policies and procedures.
Identifies and facilitates the correction of all safety hazards and quality deficiencies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT 60% of the time in an office setting (i.
e.
desk/computer station.
40% of the time within an unconditioned work space (i.
e.
warm in summer, cool in winter).
Hazards required the use of personal protective equipment (i.
e.
hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes).
On-call required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
