Senior Director, Marketing

The Senior Director, Marketing will develop and strengthen the marketing department to effectively execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that will drive the growth and development of our corporate programs, strategic partnerships, and business development.
o Lead strategic vision of capabilities, ensuring the ideal deployment of marketing strategies and capabilities delivered through direct contact and digital platforms.
o Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content
o Oversee corporate and co-branded programs marketing including program launch management, sales training, presentations, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.
o Partner with our Sales Team and Program Managers to understand the business needs of existing and new business prospects, collaborating to design marketing strategies and weave a compelling sales story to deliver on the phone, on-line, and via e-mail
o Work with the VP of Sales and other sales leaders to develop strategic campaigns that identify, track, and manage target prospects for lead generation, and target customers for profitable growth and retention.
o Work closely with the VP of Sales and the Manufacturer Relations Management team to develop and manage channel and partner strategies and programs
o Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives, and are an effective expenditure of resources.
o Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
o Provide input and support to the company's leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations, and partnership agreements.
o Design & develop proposals and presentations that capture and convey quantifiable business value for capabilities being brought to the marketplace.
o Provide marketing skills and expertise to the company by building, developing, and managing a marketing team capable of executing marketing strategies and tactics.
o Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives, and are an effective expenditure of resources.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration, master's preferred and 10 years of progressively responsible marketing management experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
